The Vinilia Wine Resort is a historic residence dating back to the early 1900s located in Manduria, in the heart of Salento. This property occupies a strategic position that allows for easy access to the coast, as well as the Itria Valley and the Murgia. The resort offers on-site parking and a swimming pool made of osmotic concrete that seamlessly blends with the surrounding landscape, naturally harmonizing with the outdoor environment. It is located a short distance from a historic residence and is affiliated with the Trullo di Pezza farm, owned by the Lacaita family, which boasts over a hundred hectares of vineyards cultivated with Primitivo, Negroamaro, and orchards. Here, visitors can savor high-quality wines and relax in the shade of an ancient "pajaru," a traditional trullo used in the past as a refuge for farmers.

The six Superior Rooms, approximately 29 square meters, are located on the ground floor and offer a delightful view of the inner courtyard. These rooms are characterized by the typical Salento star-vaulted ceiling and cement paste floors. They are equipped with a king-size double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and they have an outdoor patio where you can have breakfast.
Superior Room with Private Garden
This room, approximately 26 square meters, is located on the ground floor. It is elegantly decorated with cement paste floors and features the typical Salento star-vaulted ceiling. It comes with a king-size double bed and a shower in the bathroom, and it opens to an outdoor patio overlooking the Resort's gardens, where you can have breakfast. It is the only room with a private garden for a vacation in total privacy and relaxation.
Castle Deluxe Room
All of these rooms are located in the historic central residence, resembling a small medieval castle. They have a double bed and a shower in the bathroom. One is on the ground floor and overlooks the spacious courtyard, another has a spacious terrace on the first floor, and some are on the second floor, accessible via a unique internal staircase with sloping masonry vaults resting on small arches.
Castle Junior Suite
The spacious and bright Junior Suite is situated in the historic residence on the first floor, without an elevator. It has a double bed and a shower in the bathroom, along with the option to enjoy a large outdoor terrace. The white walls and the interplay of design elements with precious antique furnishings create a refined and enveloping atmosphere, reflecting the constant attention to detail.
Castle Junior Suite Triple
The Triple Junior Suite is located inside the ancient Castle, on the second floor without an elevator. It is spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with a double bed and an additional third bed. The room has a private bathroom with a shower.
Castle Junior Suite Deluxe
The Junior Suites Deluxe, located in the historic central structure, both feature the typical Salento star-vaulted ceiling. In addition to the double bed (with the option to add a third bed) and the bathroom with a shower, there is a cozy bathtub in the room. One room is on the ground floor and offers a delightful view of the inner courtyard of the Resort, while the other is on the first floor and has a private terrace where you can have breakfast outdoors.
Vinilia Suite
The Suite is characterized by the typical star-vaulted ceiling and is the most prestigious at the Resort. Located on the first floor, it includes a living area with a sofa in the same space. It has a double bed and a cozy bathroom with a shower, along with a private furnished terrace for a relaxing and intimate stay, perfectly complementing the breathtaking natural scenery surrounding the Resort.
