The hotel, recently renovated, features 95 rooms and four modern meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 250 people. Facilities include an outdoor pool reserved for guests, ample parking, and the renowned "Bolognese" restaurant, offering meat and fish dishes made with local ingredients, paired with a selection of Venetian wines.

There are also 27 Executive Rooms, with the same size as the Junior Suites and the same amenities, but distinguished by a more modern decor. Lastly, there are 50 Classic Rooms, 12 of which are located in the Original Villa, spacious and comfortable, furnished in a classic style, and equipped with private facilities and a shower.
