The surrounding white rock frame is a reminder of the quarry, now transformed into a picturesque vineyard that stretches along the hillside, alternating with forests and olive groves.
The facility features a well-equipped wellness center with a spacious Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath with fresh and refined aromas, a secluded area with a hot tub and a salt cave, massage cabins, and the indispensable relaxation area, where you will find a selection of herbal teas and infusions waiting for you.

Tenuta Le Cave's restaurant values the tradition of the region and renews it through extensive research on raw materials, some of which are produced using organic methods. The dishes offered include both classic preparations and innovative and refined techniques, all in service of taste and ingredients. The pairings are traditional but with adjustments that make the offering unexpected and contemporary.

BUTEO SUITE:
A double room and a lounge with antique wood, stones, and wrought iron create a charming atmosphere. Maximum comfort in 50 square meters divided into two rooms with a large patio overlooking the garden and the entire valley. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a spacious and elegant sofa bed and two full bathrooms.
LION SUITE:
60 square meters with a large double bed, a bathtub, a spacious open shower, and a window overlooking the valley. The furnishings, details, and finishes are unique and highly refined. Exposed wooden beams, wrought iron, antiques, and design elements blend with sophistication in a place dedicated to comfort and elegance.
The Suite is located at Villa Maccalé, approximately 500m from the main building. Elegant lounges, a living area, and a garden are exclusively reserved for the three Suites.
COUNTRY SUITE:
Elegant 45 square meter Suite featuring a spacious double room and two small lounges with very comfortable single sofa beds. Exposed beams, wrought iron, and the natural light coming in from the windows overlooking the vineyards and the valley create a refined and relaxing ambiance.

HORSE SUITE:
Overlooking the garden and the surrounding woods that separate it from the stables, this room is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the estate. Ancient stones and wrought iron complete the decor of these 30 square meters dedicated to elegance and relaxation.

JUNIOR SUITE:
Elegant and bright, the newest additions to our estate are our Junior Suites, boasting a distinct and modern style, enriched with precious multi-ethnic furnishings.
