The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino.

The property features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool. The apartments can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. In each villa you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you to the seaside. Therefore, a car is highly recommended.

A small supermarket is available near the complex (whose opening season is managed by a third provider).

Villa 4 persons: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, furnished patio or balcony. The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 kms from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away and the village of Stintino is 7 kms away.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393497256630). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
