RESIDENCE LE FONTANE - VILLASIMIUS

On the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, in the charming village of Villasimius, there is Le Fontane Residence. The complex is located in a peaceful residential area at a few steps from the town centre and offers a wide range of services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops.

The airport and the harbor of Cagliari are just 50 kms away. Within a short drive you can reach the well known beaches of Villasimius with their crystal clear shallow water. It is also worth visiting the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius is also renowned for its archaeological sites and museums. Furthermore, the area offers the opportunity to practice several water sports.

Located on the 1st or 2nd floor, all flats have a balcony equipped with tables and chairs. All the entrances overlook the internal courtyard.

In case of arrivals before 13:00 (from 13:00 to 16:30 the reception office will be closed), early check-in can be requested by contacting the reception office. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the time of booking confirmation, and the reception office must be contacted in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and pick up the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and a penalty fee of €50.00 may be charged.
