The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic village of Orosei (about 90 kms from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. Guests can enjoy and use for free the swimming pool of the Hotel Maria Rosaria, set at about 200 mts away. All apartments have air-conditioning and they are decorated in typical Sardinian style.
