The Residenze del Golfo di Orosei is a newly built residential complex located in the picturesque town of Orosei, approximately 90 km from the Olbia port and airport. The complex consists of two adjacent buildings, with apartments on two levels (ground and second floors), each featuring independent entrances and either a covered balcony or patio, fully equipped for guests' comfort. The apartments are furnished in traditional Sardinian style and all are air-conditioned. Orosei’s medieval historic center, dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial Castle, is just 400 meters away, offering a charming glimpse into the region's rich history. The Marina di Orosei, a stunning 5 km-long sandy beach, is only 3 km from the residence and is home to several beautiful beaches, including Su Barone, Osala, and Su Petrosu. Guests also have free access to the swimming pool at the nearby Hotel Maria Rosaria, located about 200 meters away, allowing them to enjoy additional leisure amenities during their stay.

B5 - One-Bedroom Apartment (5 people) (48/50 sqm): The apartment offers a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double bed (or single beds that can be separated). It also has a double bedroom (with single beds that can be separated) and an additional single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, providing a comfortable stay for up to five people.

T5 - Two-Bedroom Apartment (5 people) (45 sqm): This two-bedroom apartment features a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with one single bed, and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for families or groups of up to five people.

T6 - Two-Bedroom Apartment (6 people) (52 sqm): The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bed (or twin beds), a double bedroom (with single beds that can be separated), and a bedroom with two single beds (non-joinable). The bathroom includes a shower, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups of six.

Admitted (max 10 kg), but not allowed in common areas; € 30,00 surcharge for extra cleaning, per pet.
