Il Poggio degli Olivi is a resort farm that produces excellent quality extra virgin olive oil directly from its olive groves, through cold pressing, which guests will have the opportunity to taste and purchase, together with the other products of the farm ( olive pâté, hazelnut, pistachio and cocoa creams based on our extra virgin olive oil, wines, honey and a complete range of oil cosmetics). The charm of history is combined with the most modern comfort. Superior two-room apartment (2 pax): located about 600 meters from the main building, it is the ideal apartment for a stay in contact with nature, characterized by typical and traditional elements: ceilings with wooden beams, classic furniture chosen with love for detail and search for originality, fabrics and curtains that recall the typicality of Umbrian farmhouses. The double bedroom is spacious and bright, the fully equipped kitchenette leaves room for imagination in the kitchen, with the possibility of also using the external barbecues for evenings spent in the greenery of the exclusive garden which overlooks the surrounding valley. The comfort of a modern bathroom with hydromassage shower offers pleasant moments of relaxation.
Superior two-room apartment (3-4 people): families of 3 or 4 people can choose this type of apartment located approximately 600 meters from the main building, characterized by an independent entrance which gives access to an external patio equipped with table and chairs. Inside is a large and comfortable double bedroom. In the large living room there is a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The modern bathrooms are equipped with a hydromassage shower for regenerating moments at the end of days spent discovering the wonders of Umbria.
Superior three-room apartment (4-6 people): the wooden beams of the ceiling frame a traditional and comfortable environment. As in ancient Umbrian farmhouses, the living room is large, equipped with comfortable sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchenette. Two large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, allow freedom for a large family or for two families who choose to share the time spent in the Relais. The apartments are about 600 meters from the central building, they all have independent entrances which, in some cases, overlook a terrace with a splendid view of Assisi and the valley.
Small pets are allowed with a supplement of €10.00 per day (balance on site).
