The Hotel Residence il Porto features two elegant meeting rooms, designed to meet the needs of business guests seeking a professional and functional setting for business meetings and seminars. Guests wishing to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach can reach a public beach just 500 meters away, easily accessible on foot, or the affiliated beach club located only 2 km from the hotel, which offers a wide range of amenities: ample free parking, a bar, and a restaurant on the beach. Additionally, guests have access to the seasonal relaxation pool for days filled with fun and relaxation.
The property offers the following types of apartments:
Double Flat: This apartment with a private entrance features a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It’s perfect for couples and offers the option to add a crib. It includes a small terrace or private garden with a sea view, as well as a reserved parking space next to the villa.
Family Flat: Featuring a private entrance, this apartment includes a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed or bunk beds, a bathroom, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. An ideal choice for small families seeking comfortable spaces and maximum privacy. It features a large terrace or private garden with a sea view, and a reserved parking space next to the villa.
All apartments are equipped with private bathrooms with shower stalls, hairdryers, air conditioning/heating, linens (sheets and towels), a telephone, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a freezer, a living area, Wi-Fi, and a crib upon request.
The hotel enjoys a panoramic view of Mattinata Bay and is located 500 meters from the sea, where there is a public beach. The hotel has special agreements with several beach clubs along Mattinata Bay. You can book the beach package in advance or directly at the hotel at a special rate at the partner beach club, located about 2 km from the hotel, which is accessible by car and includes parking.
Prices for 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs at the partner beach club: June and September: €20.00 – July: €25.00 – August: €30.00. For 4 adults, 2 umbrellas will be required.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15.00 per day (payable on site).
Access to the pool area and the sun deck is not permitted; at the restaurant, access is limited to outdoor areas only.
Access is permitted only at the public beach located 500 meters from the hotel, not at the private beach.
