In its name, Marvie has the meaning of life by the sea, so it's no surprise that the relaxing Renevie Wellness Zone also offers plenty of opportunities to unwind by the water. From the indoor pool with rest and relaxation area, to the outdoor rooftop pool with sunbathing and beautiful views of the city, all swimming and swimming enthusiasts will come to their senses. For moments of relaxation there is a relaxing wellness area with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area. Furthermore, a professionally equipped fitness area will provide further recreational opportunities for all exercise enthusiasts.
Different types of rooms, spacious and furnished in a modern style, large bathroom equipped with a bath or shower, with all the necessary toiletries. Large windows with plenty of natural light overlook the hotel's northern surroundings.

We would like to inform our clients on the ongoing construction work across from our hotel. Over the past few weeks, we have occasionally seen 2-3 workers engaged primarily in internal tasks or work on the southern side of the building. These activities have not had a significant impact on noise levels in the surrounding area. This week, there has been an increase in the number of workers on-site, but we have not experienced any significant disruption from noise at this time.
We have recently received feedback from the property owner regarding the progress of the construction. The current focus remains on internal tasks and activities on the southern side of the building. They also plan to build a wall in front of the building entrance, with work expected to begin in approximately three weeks. This phase of construction is anticipated to be somewhat noisier and should last a few days.
Exterior work and facade installation are not anticipated before November, according to the latest information provided by the owner. In the meantime, smaller internal tasks will continue. Please note that these timelines may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.
