We would like to inform our clients on the ongoing construction work across from our hotel. Over the past few weeks, we have occasionally seen 2-3 workers engaged primarily in internal tasks or work on the southern side of the building. These activities have not had a significant impact on noise levels in the surrounding area. This week, there has been an increase in the number of workers on-site, but we have not experienced any significant disruption from noise at this time.
We have recently received feedback from the property owner regarding the progress of the construction. The current focus remains on internal tasks and activities on the southern side of the building. They also plan to build a wall in front of the building entrance, with work expected to begin in approximately three weeks. This phase of construction is anticipated to be somewhat noisier and should last a few days.
Exterior work and facade installation are not anticipated before November, according to the latest information provided by the owner. In the meantime, smaller internal tasks will continue. Please note that these timelines may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.
