The indoor pool will be temporarily closed starting Monday, August 8, 2025, due to a technical issue. For the safety and comfort of all users, it is necessary to suspend operations while repairs and maintenance are carried out. All other wellnes & spa facilities remain open. We understand this may cause disappointment or inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. Our maintenance team is working with external specialists to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. At this time, we estimate that the pool will remain closed for approximately 2 months but we will provide regular updates should this timeline change. Guests safety and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the necessary repairs.
