The Felix Galanias Hotel & Retreat is located on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, in Marina di Bari Sardo, a small town in Ogliastra. The Hotel is located on a hill and oriented towards the beach lapped by the pine forest and dominated by the majestic Aragonese tower which separates the wide coastline in two. The town center is 4 kilometers away while the most famous and lively centre, Tortolì, is 12 kilometers away.
The hotel is built like an ancient village with a central area where the common areas and the main services are located: the reception, the lounge bar, the restaurant with the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool with equipped solarium, one of the multipurpose rooms for activities related to well-being and meetings and 10 rooms. Not far away, there are the other buildings with the other 47 rooms, located on the ground floor or first floor, surrounded by a green Mediterranean garden in which the new swimming pool with equipped solarium is inserted.
The hotel has three swimming pools: two swimming pools connected to each other, one with a hydromassage and the other with a small beach in the reception area and restaurant and a new swimming pool in the central garden which the Pool rooms and most of the Deluxe rooms overlook . All swimming pools, equipped with a large solarium furnished with sun loungers, are for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

On the panoramic terrace of the restaurant, which overlooks the main swimming pool, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a welcoming and elegant environment. Possibility of aperitifs and cocktails in the lounge area dedicated to the bar, on the terrace surrounding the smallest of the swimming pools.
Divided into several blocks set in the lush garden, they are bright and mainly have a garden view. Most have a small private patio or balcony furnished with armchairs. All room types can have a double bed or separate beds. The rooms are equipped with: safe, minibar, machine with selection of tea and coffee (excluding Standard Galanias with kettle), air conditioning / heating, SAT TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer.
Standard Room Galanias: they are located in the garden and spread over two rows about 30/150 meters from the main building, with convenient private outdoor parking in the surrounding areas. 22 m2.
Comfort Room Pool: they have a veranda overlooking the garden and the new Garden pool and are located on the ground floor or first floor with a shared or private terrace. They are located on two rows about 70/150 meters from the main building, with convenient private outdoor parking in the surrounding areas. 22-25 m2.
Deluxe Rooms: they have a spacious veranda overlooking the garden or the new Garden pool. They are located on two rows about 70/150 meters from the main building, with convenient private outdoor parking in the surrounding areas. The rooms with garden view, built in 2020, are furnished with a modern style that combines typical materials of Sardinia; those with a Garden pool view were completed in 2023 and have designer furnishings with refined shapes and details. In the Deluxe typology we also include four rooms with traditional furnishings, located on the ground floor and first floor, with a large private terrace/patio which directly overlooks the swimming pool. 22 m2.
A walk of just 700 meters (8 minutes on foot) leads to the eight kilometers of sandy and free beach of the Torre di Bari. At a certain point the beach has a dedicated area to welcome four-legged friends.
