Obtained from expertly restored ancient courtyard buildings, it offers guests exclusive comfort with an ancient taste, combined with the original formula of the widespread hotel, which enhances places and environments in order to offer an original and unique stay experience. Each room is equipped with an independent kitchenette, bathroom, independent air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
The idea of Albergo Diffuso stems from the need to enhance the best architectural resources of historic centres, combining them with a touristic demand attentive to the places and architectures of the past, reviewed and revisited in such a way as to create a new idea of hospitality.
The geographical location in the municipality of Matino, allows you to enjoy a central position with respect to nearby Gallipoli and its most famous beaches, without giving up the beauty of the Salento hinterland. The historic center of Matinese represents one of the best architectural resources of the province, in fact there are numerous places of historical interest such as the 17th century Mother Church dedicated to San Giorgio or the Del Carmine Church also from the 17th century. The typical "courtyard" structure of the historic center, typical of the medieval period, is also unchanged.

- Studio apartment for 2 people: on the ground floor, consisting of a single room with kitchenette, double bed and private bathroom.
- Studio 3/4 people: on the ground floor, consisting of a single room with kitchenette, double bed, double sofa bed and private bathroom.
- One bedroom apartment sleeping 4 on the first floor: on the first floor, comprising an entrance hall, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, private bathroom and equipped terrace of relevance.
- One bedroom apartment sleeping 4 on the ground floor: on the ground floor, comprising an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom on the lower floor and private services.
- Superior two-room apartment for 4 people: spread over 3 levels, comprising on the ground floor an entrance hall with kitchenette and bathroom, mezzanine floor with sofa bed double bedroom, second bathroom and large equipped terrace, double bedroom on the mezzanine floor

Overnight stay in the chosen accommodation, consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and the first supply of bed linen and towels included.
- FINAL CLEANING: €60 for Mono and €80 for Bilo (kitchenette cleaning by the customer or a charge of €50).
- DEPOSIT: obligatory on site € 100 refundable at the end of the stay.
- LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: €30 for entry before 11.00pm and exit until 2.00pm.

The Dimore Ducali is 15 and 39 km from Gallipoli and Otranto respectively, and 87 km from Brindisi-Casale Airport. The closest beaches are Punta della Suina (10 km) and Baia Verde (12 km).
