SEA VILLAS - STINTINO

The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino.

The property features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool. The apartments can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. In each villa you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you to the seaside. Therefore, a car is highly recommended.

A small supermarket is available near the complex (whose opening season is managed by a third provider).

V4 - One-bedroom villa without pool access (4 people) (60 sqm): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower.

V4IN - One-bedroom villa with shared swimming pool (4 people) (60 sqm): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower. The pool is shared with other villas.

V6IN - Two-bedroom villa with shared swimming pool (6 people) (80/90 sqm): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower. The pool is shared with other villas.

V6ES - Two-bedroom villa with private swimming pool (6 people) (80/90 sqm): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (sometimes mezzanine), bathroom with bathtub or shower. Private swimming pool.

V8ES - Three-bedroom villa with private swimming pool (8 people) (100/120 sqm): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower, a mezzanine equipped with joinable twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. Private swimming pool.

The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 kms from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away and the village of Stintino is 7 kms away.

Admitted (max. 25 kg), but not allowed in common areas. A €50.00 surcharge for extra cleaning per pet.

• Deposit: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied),

The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the apartment reception.

In case of arrivals before 13:00, (from 13:00 until 16:30 the reception office will be closed), an early check in can be requested contacting the reception office.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and, then the reception office must be contacted in advance (tel. +393497256630) to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of €50.00 may be charged as a penalty.
