RESIDENCE CALA VIOLA - OROSEI

Cala Viola Residence is located in the village of Sos Alinos, about 12 km from Orosei and just 1.2 km from the beautiful Cala Liberotto beach, one of the most famous in the Gulf of Orosei. The residence, renovated in June 2020, consists of forty apartments, spread across three floors (ground, first, and second) and featuring outdoor areas (patios or balconies) with tables and chairs. The property offers a reception office, a swimming pool with a whirlpool area, an equipped solarium, a children's playground, and a shared barbecue area surrounded by greenery. The flats, decorated in typical Sardinian style, may have views of the pool or garden. The charming Sos Alinos village provides various amenities, including cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, medical services, a hairdresser, newsagents, an ice-cream parlour, and bus stops for easy access to nearby beaches and towns. For sports enthusiasts, activities like hiking, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, and horse riding are available nearby, while those seeking relaxation can enjoy the nearby Cala Liberotto beaches, just a few minutes away.

M2 - Studio (2 people) (21 sqm): This studio consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom (or twin beds), and a bathroom with a bathtub. Most of the apartments have a patio or balcony where guests can enjoy the outdoors.

B3 - One-bedroom apartment (3 people) (27 sqm): The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a single bed or sofa bed, a double bedroom (or twin beds), and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each apartment has a patio or balcony for added comfort.

B4 - One-bedroom apartment (4 people) (38 sqm): This apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed or bunk bed, a double bedroom (or twin beds), and a bathroom with a bathtub. All apartments are equipped with a patio or balcony for outdoor relaxation.

T6 - Two-bedroom apartment (6 people) (45/50 sqm): The apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed or bunk bed, a double bedroom (or twin beds), a second bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All apartments feature a patio or balcony for guests to relax and enjoy the view.

Admitted (max 10 kg, max 1 pet per apartment), but not allowed in common areas. Bowls are available. A €30.00 surcharge for extra cleaning applies per pet.

• Beach towel: € 2.50 per towel, per day. A refundable deposit of € 20.00 per towel is required.

• Transfer: Olbia Airport/port € 130.00 for 1/3 pax car; € 180.00 for 4/8 pax car. 30% surcharge for night transfers between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. From/to Golfo Aranci port, € 50.00 surcharge for 1/3 pax car; € 65.00 for 4/8 pax car. All prices indicated are one way.
