Residence Badus is located at just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi, a lovely town set between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, just a few minutes by car from Li Junchi beach (2.5 kms) and Li Mindi beach (3 kms) in the marina of Badesi.

The property is divided into two complexes (ca 100 mts from each other), both with swimming pool, placed downhill from the town centre. The terraced flats can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, and all of them have an equipped patio or balcony.

M2 - Studio (2 people) (33 sqm): living room with kitchenette, a double bed, bathroom with shower.

B4 - One Bedroom Apartment (4 people) (44 sqm): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

B4VM - One Bedroom Apartment Sea View (4 people) (44 sqm): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sea view.

T6 - Two Bedrooms Apartment (6 people) (51 sqm): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with single beds that can be joined, bathroom with shower.

T6VM - Two Bedrooms Apartment Sea View (6 people) (51 sqm): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with single beds that can be joined, bathroom with shower, sea view.

Admitted (max. 25 kg), but not allowed in common areas. A €50.00 surcharge for extra cleaning per pet.

• Deposit: €200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, provided no damage or misuse has occurred to the apartment. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (any additional charges will apply),
• Bed linen: extra rental of bath linen €10.00 per set (includes: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel, 1 small towel); extra bed linen change: double bed €20.00, single bed €10.00,

From 17:00 to 20:00 at the apartment reception.

In case of arrivals before 13:00 (from 13:00 to 17:00 the reception office will be closed), an early check-in can be requested by contacting the reception office. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the time of booking confirmation, and then the reception office must be contacted in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and collect the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed. For arrivals after 24:00, guests will be welcomed and accommodated the following day or, if requested at the time of booking confirmation, accepted with a €50.00 surcharge to be paid on-site.
