AbanoRitz Thermae & Wellness is a charming hotel in Abano Terme, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, just 10 km from Padua and a 40-minute drive from Venice.
The hotel offers three restaurants: one à la carte restaurant featuring a vintage design, the Barbecue in the park (open for lunch during the warmer months), and the White Gloves, a traditional restaurant with particular attention to guests’ dietary preferences. Its menu changes every day to meet the needs of all guests.
Guests can enjoy two semi-Olympic-sized swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor set in the park, both filled with thermal water at a temperature of approximately 34°C. The pools are open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The wellness facilities also include a sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower circuit.
Under medical supervision, the Thermal Spa has its own source of hyperthermal water and offers EU-accredited and patented mud-balneotherapy treatments, inhalation therapies, massage treatments, programmes dedicated to psycho-physical wellbeing, as well as facial and body beauty treatments.
Moreover, it is the only hotel in the Euganean thermal area to feature a specialised centre for rhinogenic hearing loss and professional voice care, under medical supervision.
The hotel also offers an indoor bar, a modern and fully equipped gym, as well as bicycle rental, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area from a different perspective.
Elegant Rooms, measuring 35 sqm, feature traditional furnishings. Shades such as powder blue and beige blend with large mirrors to create a harmonious atmosphere, enhanced by a traditional Venetian chandelier.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, safe, wardrobe, private bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, as well as a veranda with a cosy seating area – perfect for lingering over breakfast in the morning or enjoying a good book in the evening.
Rooms overlooking the Euganean Hills are brighter, while those facing east are particularly quiet.
