The property, inaugurated in 2020, is located at a few hundred metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa. The beach overlooks the Marine Protected Area of the Asinara Island, that has become a National Park since 2002.

The residence, with its contemporary design, consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups of apartments surrounded by gardens with a new swimming pool. A shared laundry room, children's playground and an outdoor BBQ area are available to all guests. In the nearby of the property there are also cafés and restaurants. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy diving, kite and windsurfing centres, as well as going trekking and on boat trips. The apartments are elegantly furnished and provided with all amenities, they can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a furnished terrace.

The charming town of Stintino is just 3 kms away, therefore a car is highly recommended.

T6P - Two-bedrooms apartment (6 people) PREMIUM (58 sqm): Living room with kitchenette (4 induction hobs), fridge, dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower.

• Final cleaning: cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not respected, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette, and an additional €50.00 for not disposing of the waste.
• Deposit: €200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, provided no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges may apply).
• Apartment rearrangement (except kitchenette): B4/B4P €50.00; T6 €70.00 (days to be arranged on-site).
• Beach towel (rental): €5.00 per towel, per change.
• Linens: extra bath linen rental €10.00 per set (includes: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel, 1 small towel); extra bed linen change: double bed €20.00, single bed €10.00.
• High chair/stroller: €2.00 each per day.
• Pets (to be indicated in the reservation): admitted (max 25 kg), but not allowed in common areas. A €50.00 surcharge for extra cleaning per pet.
• Transfer: airport/port Alghero €95.00 for car 1/3 people; €110.00 for car 4/8 people. From/to Porto Torres surcharge €70.00 for car 1/3 people; €80.00 for car 4/8 people. Night transfers between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM with a 30% surcharge. All prices indicated are one way.

In case of arrivals before 13:00 (from 13:00 to 16:30 the reception office will be closed), an early check-in can be requested by contacting the reception office. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the time of booking confirmation, and then the reception office must be contacted in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and collect the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and a €50.00 surcharge may be applied as a penalty.
