Three-room-apartment for 5 persons: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed plus an additional single bed, separate kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The apartment has been recently renovated and includes a TV, washing machine, balcony, oven, column refrigerator, and air conditioning.

Groups of minors only WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE FACILITIES. At least half of the guests must be adults at the time of arrival, and any minors must provide a delegation/authorization for the stay from their parents upon arrival, in addition to their identity document.
