The owners have restructured the old monastery-house for hosting tourists, furnished with Sicilian style furniture, with en-suite bathroom and terracotta floors. The structure, of particular architectural value, is made up of various bodies of buildings which in their distribution give rise to an internal courtyard to which the adjacent structures converge. The renovation was done respecting the traditional architecture where arches, small squares, old beams and thick walls recreate the ancient and warm atmosphere of the best Sicilian architectural tradition. The thick stone walls and the particular ventilated hilly exposure protect the structure from the normal peaks of summer heat and the paddle fans manage to maintain a healthy and natural ideal temperature.
